Project Manager

About Us:
Para Ti Global (PTG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that children everywhere have access to the resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive. We focus on providing nutrition, education, and healthcare to underprivileged children globally. As we prepare for the next phase of growth and sustainability, we are seeking a temporary Project Manager to help streamline our operations and improve our fundraising systems.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager, Operations & Sustainability to lead a three-month initiative to improve the efficiency and sustainability of PTG’s internal processes and fundraising efforts. This is a temporary, project-based position estimated to take around 300 hours, with flexible working hours. However, deadlines and consistent communication will be essential as the project must be completed by the end of February.

The role is USA-based, and the selected candidate will be paid as a contractor, meaning you will operate with the autonomy appropriate for a contractor role, with oversight limited to ensuring milestone and project completion in line with the pay schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and document existing workflows for key operations, including donations, volunteer management, and event planning.

Develop and implement new, more efficient workflows to enhance organizational efficiency.

Create guides and templates for social media management, volunteer onboarding, event planning, and donor outreach.

Assist in improving and documenting fundraising systems, including donor management and event strategies.

Set up tracking systems for monitoring key metrics such as donations, event impact, and social media engagement.

Compile a comprehensive transition plan to ensure PTG’s sustainability during leadership transitions.

Qualifications:

Strong project management skills, with experience in operations or workflow improvement.

Experience in the nonprofit sector is preferred, but not required.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills to ensure consistent updates and alignment with the organization’s leadership.

Experience with fundraising systems or donor management is a plus.

Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience and local minimum wage, estimated to take approximately 300 hours to complete the project. Paid as a contractor.
​
Timeline:
The project must be completed by February 29th, 2024, with flexible working hours. Regular communication and progress updates will be necessary to meet deadlines.

Chief Communications Officer
Volunteer Position with Stipend
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time (~3 hours/week), 1-year minimum
Stipend: $500 contingent on good work, delivered after 3 months

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to volunteer as our Chief Communications Officer. This leadership role involves building and managing our communications and marketing department from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nonprofit work, a flair for communication, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy.

Manage the organization's branding and public relations efforts.

Execute the creation of marketing materials, including digital content and print collateral.

Coordinate with other departments to highlight programs and successes.

Engage with the community and stakeholders through social media platforms.
