"It shall be the responsibility of the Chair of the Board, when present, to preside over all meetings of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. The Chair of the Board is authorized to execute, in the name of the Corporation/Organization, any and all contracts or other documents which may be authorized by the, either generally or specifically, by the Board to be executed by the Corporation/Organization, except when required by law that the President’s signature must be provided."
